Sailor Chibi Moon is the senshi in training for Love and justice. She has pink hair that is similar to Usagi's. Chibi Usa first appeared in Sailor Moon R looking for help for her mother in the future. She woudn't tell people who her mother really was. At the end of Sailor Moon R she returned to the future. Later in Sailor Moon S she returned as the Sailor Senshi in training Sailor Chibi Moon. In Sailor Moon SuperS she befriends the pegasis who later gives the senshi their Super Sailor powers. She also then becomes Super Sailor Chibi Moon. She was going to leave at the end of Sailor Stars but a sudden turn of events kept her there till the end of Stars part 1 (the first 6 episodes). After that she returns home to the future. In the manga she returned later in the Sailor Stars series with the Sailor Meteors. Chibi Usa fights with Usagi all the time. Being Usagi's daughter in the future they are a lot alike. Chibi Usa seems to care more about school and studying though. She always teases Usagi by saying that she (Chibi Usa) is going to marry Mamru some day.

Attacks

Pink Sugar Heart Attack: Sailorchibimoon's first attack, this one is so
completely useless. She holds up her cute little wand and shoots these hearts at the enemy which do little more than piss the monster off.  It is good for comic relief, however. Like the first time she did it and it didn't work. ^_^ 

Twinkle Yell: This attack has no offensive merit whatsoever, but it plays a very important role.  Supersailorchibimoon raises her Crystal Carillon and summons Pegasus so Supersailormoon can finish off the Lemures. 

Double Sailormoon Kick: Can it be? A joint attack between Sailormoon and Sailorchibimoon? And it's physical?! Well, it always misses, so that explains that. ^_^ 

Moon Gorgeous Meditation: Nothing special about this attack, Supersailormoon and Supersailorchibimoon both brandished Kalied Moon Scopes and punched a hole through Vadianne in the SuperS movie. 

Pink Ladies Freezing Kiss: In the final Manga when Kakyuu, Chibichibi and Eternalsailormoon were hanging on crosses being tortured by SailorHeavymetalPapillion, Chibimoon and the Sailor Quartet (Now all in Star Senshi fuku) did this attack to free them.
