Profile

Sailor Pluto guardian of the gates of time. The eldest senshi she is also my favorite outer senshi. She has dark green hair, dark skin and red eyes. She carries the Time staff (aka Time Key) with the Garnet Orb (or Third Talisman) on top. She first appeared in Sailor Mooon R part 2 and talked with Small Lady (Chibi Usa) through the Luna P. Later in the series she sends the inner senshi forward in time to help save Small Lady's mother. In Sailor Moon S she reappears with the third talisman. She is a powerful fighter and a very kind person. She has proven that she would stop time for her friends even when the punishment could be death. 

Attacks

Dead Scream Pluto wispers dead scream and energy is gathered at the top of her staff. She then grabbs the staff, spins and Hurls the energy at the enemy.

Time Stop Pluto uses this attack to stop time. In the Manga the penalty for using this attack means her death. She uses this in the tv show once but never says a name for it. Because the attack names in the manga and tv are the same it is safe to assume this is the name for the attack used in the tv show. 

Chronos Typhoon Pluto's attack using her talisman (the garnet orb). this was used only in the Manga

Dark Dome Close This one isnt actually and attack but I added it in her becuase she uses her powers to weild the door of time open and closed. 

Garnet Ball This is a deffensive attack that Pluto uses in the manga only

Galactic Cannon This attack is actually combined the power of the Garnet Orb with Saturns Silence Glave. They use this when they are under Glaxias control and direct it at Sailormoon. This was in the manga only.

Galactica Planet Attack This attack was done bye all the inner and outer senshi together and used against Sailormoon in the manga (only). 

As both Sailorpluto and as Setsuna other powers are used. She uses her staff to project the dream that Rei was having to the other in Episode 199. In Episode 121 the Garnet Orb appeard and protected Setsuna coming from out of no where. She also speaks to Chibi Usa through the Luna P ball in the R season.
