While I really dont know where to start with this..  I do know that Sailormoon has some of the best music I have ever heard.  So much so that between my brother and I we have managed to get some pretty rare cds...as well as the good ones.  I am only going to list here what we as a combined collection have and the songs we recomend from each of them.  there are more out there....many more.  however we suggest these.  (We do actually own Luna Rock and Sailormoon the english cd but we wouldnt dare post them as a suggestion. ^_~).
