CQ Researcher:
Located on the reference shelf. Use the on of the three index notebooks.
Each issue has a section called, "At Issue" where two viewpoints are discussed as well as a chronology.
E-Library:
Note the section for broadcasts and transcripts.
Facts.com:

Issues and Controversies on File:
Volumes on reference table, right next to CQ Researcher.  Look in the index in each volume.  Also available online.
Taking Sides Books:
Great source for getting more than one side of an issue. The red and green sets check out.  The blue set stays in the library.  Each set has a guide/index.
Online catalog of Mark Morris Library books.
