Located on the reference shelf. Use the paper index. There are several copies of this index, each in a three-ring binder.  This has a cumulative indexing system.  Each issue has a chronology and a pro/con in addtition to lots of good information.  Good place to find charts, graphs and other visuals for your oral presentation.
Issues and Controversies on File
Available online or in print.  Volumes kept at reference table.  Look in the index in each volume.  This has an annual indexing system.  Good place to find visuals for your oral presentation.
