Fifties Web   http://www.fiftiesweb.com/  Written by a "Boomer" this is a fun site.  You can get the Burma Shave slogans, listen to tunes from the fifties and get an annotated list of other sites on the fifties.  The bright backgrounds are a little distracting, but really fit the era.  Maybe I enjoyed it since I too remember Hoola Hoops and Pop-it Necklaces!
